Everyone works according to their own maps.
When people Criticise they feel they are correcting as they believe that their perception is right.
One who is criticising is creating anger, resentment, hurt, fear, rejection, agitation which are all the negative emotions leading to depletion of energy.
Illusion is one who is being criticised is in pain, reality is the one who is critical is in more pain.
Criticism is damaging for both, the one who is being criticized can still protect himself from the negative energy but the one who is critical faces the depletion more as they are creating the energy.
We feel criticism is being done by people who are intelligent, powerful, wise, strong because they know more.
When I am criticizing , my energy of love is blocked

Critic evaluates the act and gives opinion like a film critic.
But many start criticising the film. This was hitting at the actor.
Be a critic. Review the quality of the work and give your opinion.
One thing is , this is wrong. The other is you are wrong.
The deed has to be separated from the doer.
Be careful of the feedback . Separate the feedback from the task and the person . This is Detachment.
Criticism is violence through words and action.
We need to create an environment for the right way to work
How to handle:
Appreciate the person first . Then give feedback.
If people are doing a task for the first time and they make mistakes and you need to give them advice.
Appreciate them first for the tasks they have done well. This will increase their self esteem and give them power and when we discuss what needs to be corrected , they will be able to execute it.
Listening to people ‘s criticism I become critical to my own self.
I can run away from people . But how can I run away from my own self
Transform Negative Energy :
Because I don’t know to transform energy, I absorb it , I get depleted
Indulge into self talk.
Accept others for who they are or for the choice they make , even if you have difficulty in understanding their Beliefs, Motives, Actions.
Happiness is connected with Contentment which is connected with Acceptance. We need to accept who we are, what others are, how situations are in the present and work towards changing them in the future.
We accept them with the knowledge that their working pattern is different because of difference in Sanskar.
This will help us in being stable and calm.
